Hey guys! Welcome to another project that I was able to complete during my tenure in the Sports Analytics & Management Program at American University. We were tasked to find a problem that plagued a sports organization and conduct a cost-benefit analysis on possible solutions to it. As a hometown kid, I chose to focus on my favorite NFL football team, the Washington Commanders. Fans have been screaming for a new stadium or at least an upgrade of the current FedEx Field. The video presentation below goes through the costs and benefits of building a new facility for the Commanders. I hope you enjoy.
